Nice property, clean rooms and the location is very good, it is very easy to go anywhere within bhopal from here. Everything is available in MP nagar. They serve the food in your rooms only but food was just yummy.

Very good hotel at very good price. Service is also good but they have closed their restaurant which must be restarted. Best point is that it is located in the middle of mp nagar and very close to Rani Kamlapati Railway Station.

Free me bhi mile to mat jana... We stay at arch menor in front of mohit residency... Staff was too arogant.. Ek din to breakfast diya hi nahi... Ek din to koi chadar change nahi karne aya.. Bathroom me cockrog.. Staff rudely behaviour by drinking

Had a terrible experience here. Travelers be aware of another hotel with identical name. "Deluxe" might suggest otherwise but this one is a lodge and not a hotel. The rooms have only beds and no other furniture like chairs, wardrobe. No hot water in the bath, you get in a bucket when asked. They claim free wi-fi but was not given access. Place is over charged, Avoid this hotel as its no value for money

Have checked out today by reducing my Bhopal tour by a day with a horrible experience at Arch Manor Dlx, M P Nagar, Zone-2, Bhopal. Had got the booking through my local executive but he didn't mailed complete address. On landing at Bhopal from Mumbai at 7.20am searched on trip advisor to find 2 hotels with same name at MP Nagar zone 1 & zone 2. Called on the phone number with me to find it is at zone 2, reached there to find a dark reception area attended by ill trained person. They had my booking but room not ready. While checking inn I was told they don't have credit card payment facility. I opted to get to some other hotel and they agreed to accept card. It is not expected at a hotel that costs Rs. 3200/- a day. After waiting for about 20 mins was taken to Room 102, only to find it already occupied. The clumsy attendant again requested to wait for another 10 min. Finally was obliged by accommodating me in room 106. A reasonably big room and clean floors and bed. But no wardrobe and has to put my cloth on hangers at a corner of room facing to the entrance of room. A small LCD TV may be 21" or less was the only amenity. A spacious bathroom attached to room but very ordinary in facilities.... My bad day had begun... Highly oily and spicy chole bhatoore was the complementary breakfast, served in my room itself, I could hardly eat. Went out for my work outside to return by evening only. Had my dinner outside and slept with about a dozen of mosquitoes.... The evening food plates were removed only when morning breakfast was served today... Checkout also was messy. Now at about 5 pm travelling to Indore, a day early, feeling like have been made a fool and robbed the money.... Avoid this hotel if you have a 3000+ budget. Another one at zone 1 is worth this money. The hotel management also should care of their brand value as one of the oldest Bhopal star hotels and stop advertising the Dlx one on Trip advisor like platform and save confused travellers...save themselves...!
